Privacy policy

AgniDesk is provided by NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62012TN2025OPC186728), Pandian Nagar, East Coast Road, Vettuvankeni, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600115, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account data — names, email addresses, phone numbers and sign-in records of the people who use AgniDesk.
• Billing data — the firm's name, address, GSTIN and payment records.
• Firm records — the customer data a firm enters or uploads. The firm decides what it holds and why; we process it only on the firm's behalf (see Data processing).

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, give people access, send sign-in and service emails, bill the firm and meet legal requirements. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run AgniDesk — hosting, email delivery and payment processing — under confidentiality obligations. Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, which receives the payer's name, email and phone number; card and bank details are entered with Cashfree and never reach us. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Security

Each firm's data is kept separate and stored passwords and documents are encrypted. Access is limited to the firm's own users, and sensitive actions are recorded in the firm's audit log.

How long we keep it

For as long as the firm uses AgniDesk, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. A firm can export its data at any time and ask us to delete it when it leaves.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent where it applies. If a firm holds your details as its customer, contact that firm first; we will help it respond.
