When a firm keeps its customers' personal data in AgniDesk, the firm is the data fiduciary and NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED processes that data on its behalf under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Our commitments
- We process the firm's records only to provide AgniDesk to that firm, on its instructions.
- Only the firm's own users can see its records; our staff access a workspace only for support, and every such access is logged.
- Records are kept separate per firm, and stored passwords and documents are encrypted.
- We use service providers only for hosting, email and payment processing, under confidentiality obligations.
- We will inform the firm without undue delay of any breach affecting its records.
- We will help the firm respond to requests from the people whose data it holds.
- When the firm leaves, it can export its records and ask us to delete them.
